Which Class is for me?
Personal Yoga
Personal yoga is more than a private class. It is a bespoke one-to-one wellbeing session designed around your body, your needs, and your life.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, support with mobility or pain, recovery from burnout, or simply a more nurturing and therapeutic yoga experience, personal sessions offer the space to be fully supported.
Personal session prices:
£50 for 1 hour
£65 for 75 minutes
£75 for 90 minutes
Floor Based Somatic Flow & Yoga Nidra
A floor based class which moves with deep awareness of the felt sense of movement. A chance to explore movement that nourishes you and end the session with a deep, guided Yoga Nidra practice.
Thursday Mornings 9.30-10.45am at my home studio in Phillack or live via Zoom.
Fridays 1.30-2.30pm at my home studio in Phillack.
Slow Flow Hatha Yoga
A slower, mindful practice rooted in somatic movement and embodied awareness. This class invites you to move with greater sensitivity, release tension, and build a more intuitive relationship with your body through intelligent, carefully guided sequencing. Ideal for beginners, slower movers, and anyone seeking a gentler yet deeply informed approach to practice.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
A dynamic, intelligently layered yoga practice for students ready to explore beyond surface-level movement. Expect strong physical challenge, thoughtful sequencing, and integrated yoga philosophy woven through class—offering a richer understanding of yoga as both practice and discipline. Ideal for those in good physical health seeking depth, challenge, and experienced guidance.
