A gentle floor based class suitable for those who enjoy a more meditative & restorative practice. Includes meditation, moving awareness, somatic movement & Yoga Nidra Sabda Studio, Phillack & Online

A deeply restorative class which includes a full hour of restorative yoga, a 30 minute Yoga Nidra Practice & Ends with Chai, Chat & Sweet Treats.
Restorative postures are taken laying down, using gravity and the support of blocks, bolsters and blankets to gently open the body.
Yoga Nidra is ‘yogic sleep’ a guided awareness practice taken laying in comfort which is deeply restful and restorative.

Private Yoga is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga, find it difficult to join group classes or would like to work more therapeutically with body & mind in a co-creative way.
It’s also a great option for private groups of up to 6.

Which Class is for me?
Private Yoga Classes
Private individual or group yoga classes (up to 6) can be arranged at my home studio nestled within The Towans or online via Zoom.
A calm, peaceful and private location for those who’d like to work towards specific goals, find a deeper practice than can be achieved in group classes or who’d like to arrange special group gatherings.
Private session prices:
£50 for 1 hour
£65 for 75 minutes
£75 for 90 minutes
Somatic & Gentle Movement with Yoga Nidra
A floor based class which moves with deep awareness of the felt sense of movement. A chance to explore movement that nourishes you and end the session with a deep, guided Yoga Nidra practice.
Thursday Mornings 9.30-10.45am at my home studio in Phillack or live via Zoom.

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga
Exploring traditional Hatha Yoga poses, this class moves through laying, seated and standing poses including sun salutations, slowly and mindfully.
A great class for beginners, or those who enjoy taking their time with movement.
Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm at The Hidden Yurt, St Erth
Fridays 6.-7pm (starting in January) at St. Uny School
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Working through traditional Hatha Yoga poses and infused with Yoga philosophy, this is a class for those who feel fit and healthy. Exploring more challenging asana, this class will build heat, strength & flexibility.
