This is a workshop for the frayed, frazzled, stressed and exhausted. Restorative yoga is a restful practice which uses bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body to relax. The class includes a sequence of floor based supported poses which are held comfortably, gentle breath awareness and Yoga Nidra a.k.a. Yogic Sleep, which is a deep, guided relaxation. This workshop is suitable for beginners.
