The Day will include:

10.00 - 10.30am: Arrival, Warm Drinks, Settling

There is parking on-site at The Goosebarn, all yoga equipment is provided, but you may like to bring your own blanket and pillow for yoga nidra.

10.30 - 12.00: Gentle Hatha Yoga

Lauren will lead our morning movement, which will reflect the rhythms of nature. Exploring the felt & subtle sense of balance as we approach the Autumn Equinox. Floor based movement, leading to standing postures, and finishing with Pranayama (breath work).

12.00 - 2.00pm: Lunch

Before Lunch Hannah Farmer of ‘Garden Being Flower Co.’ will lead a floral table scape session, with hints & tips around creating a cohesive design using bud vases. Everyone will have the chance to play around with stems and vases to explore their creativity with floral compositions.

Experienced retreat chef and pop up food event specials, Alice of ‘Wild Goose Gourmets’ creates magic in the kitchen. She will nourish the sense and fill our bellies with her wild, colourful, vegetarian (and vegan) food creations.

2.00 - 3.30pm: Flower Mandala Workshop

Hannah will lead us in a floral mandala art session. During the session together we will create, take time to drop in to the rhythms of nature, finding stems and flora that speak to the soul and take the time to design your own floral mandala, or take part in creating a larger group mandala.

The process of mandala allows us to showcase the flowers, honouring the work that’s gone in to growing, giving thanks and offering them back to the ear to complete the life cycle.

3.30 - 4.00pm: Yoga Nidra

Lauren wil lead a guided yoga nidra session… Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, is a deeply restorative form of yoga practice. Focusing on intention setting, rhythmical body scan, breath awareness, opposites of sensation and guided imagery, the session will leave you feeling relaxed, spacious and deeply restored.

4.00-4.30pm: Warm drinks & Goodbyes

Tickets are £70, please email: lauren@sabda.uk to book your place
