Mindful mandalas is a 5 week course which focuses on the Pancha Mana Bhutas (the 5 great elements), which are Prithvi, Apas, Agni, Vayu and Akasha (Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether).
Each week we take in yoga practices including mantra, mudra, pranayama & asana which connect to the individual elements, supporting & resourcing us to find strength and balance within the body.
Asana practice will include a mandala flow, working around the full 360 degree rotation of the mat in standing postures.
Each week during practice a different essential oil will be introduced. Each oil is selected for its resonance with the elements and will be diffused during practice.
This course is suitable for those who have practiced yoga before but would like to take a deeper dive in to yoga philosophy and asana.
