Client Testimonials:
Since I first attended the seated yoga session following hip replacement surgery, I have never looked back! The weekly yoga nidra classes with Lauren and physical exercise sessions with Tracy not only complement each other but have benefitted my general well-being. I can’t imagine life without either now. I am 75 and came to these sessions later than most but can honestly say they have improved my life in a most enjoyable way. Sometimes we just need some special people to show what can be possible.

Lauren’s Rest & Be yoga is the perfect end to the week, she has the ability to completely relax you. When in yoga nidra at the end of the practice, it feels like Lauren is talking just to you, as though only the two of you are in her lovely studio. Have also met other, like-minded ladies at her class. I can highly recommend her.
